The Buckingham 101SR-50 High Elevation Self-Rescue System packs everything a bucket truck operator needs to get down safely from a disabled bucket—or, if the need arises, to lower an injured co-worker. The Anthron DSD descender holds the user until the handle is squeezed for a smooth, controlled descent, and a built-in anti-panic feature stops the descent if the handle is squeezed too hard.
This 50 FT version rides 1/2 IN poly rope with a locking snap hook anchor and triple-locking carabiner, and includes retrofit rappelling straps so it can be added to an existing harness. In compliance with ANSI Z359.4; user weight 130 to 310 lbs when fully equipped.
