The Buckingham 4812Y-7 is a 7 FT adjustable nylon web lanyard designed to work as a second positioning strap, keeping a climber secured while climbing over obstacles on the pole. Length adjusts to suit the work position, and the red wear center in the webbing shows at a glance when the lanyard has taken enough wear to be retired. At 2.45 lbs it adds little weight to the belt. Part of Buckingham's rope and web work positioning lanyard line; also offered in an 8 FT length as the 4812Y-8.
