The Buckingham 6109 Handline Carrier is the simple, proven way to take a handline aloft while you climb a pole, tower, or extension ladder. The wire hourglass carrier hangs from an accessory ring or tool loop on your body belt, the handline runs through the wire end, and the rope rides up with you until it is needed. Built from leather and steel, the carrier is designed to separate when roughly 14 to 18 lbs of pressure is applied, so a snagged or loaded handline pulls free instead of tying you to it. At 10-3/4 IN long and about 5 oz, it adds almost nothing to your belt.
