The DeWalt DCG418B is a 60V MAX FLEXVOLT angle grinder built to replace a corded grinder on the job: a 13-amp brushless motor putting out 2,300 max watts at 9,000 rpm, running 4-1/2 IN through 6 IN wheels for cutting, surface prep, and heavy material removal. It is part of the PERFORM & PROTECT line - E-CLUTCH senses a pinch or stall and shuts the tool down, the KICKBACK BRAKE stops the wheel on bind-up, and the electronic brake stops a standard grinding wheel in about 1.5 seconds when you release the trigger. Ships with both 4-1/2 IN and 6 IN Type 27 guards. Sold as a bare tool - battery and charger are not included.
