The FallTech 8209 is a single-leg restraint lanyard that adjusts from 4 FT to 6 FT so a worker can be held short of a fall hazard or positioned for hands-free work. Jacketed dual-layer polyester webbing stands up to daily use, an integrated alloy steel buckle sets the working length in seconds, and alloy steel snap hooks connect to the harness and the anchorage. This is a restraint and positioning lanyard with no energy absorber; it is not for fall arrest.
