The Greenlee 864 ratcheting cutter gives telecom and CATV crews and electricians clean cuts in plastic conduit and innerduct without a saw. Ratchet action walks the heat-treated steel blade through Schedule 40 PVC, CPVC, PE innerduct, PEX, poly and rubber tubing up to 1-1/4 IN, and the blade is replaceable when it finally dulls. The metal-alloy frame keeps the tool rigid at about 8 IN long — compact enough for a tool pouch. Sold each.
