The International Tool Mfg (ITM) 303SL5264 ship auger is built for the ugly bores — ITM rates it for plywood, drywall and nail-embedded wood, which earns it the nail-eater name. The 13/16 IN diameter bit runs 18 IN overall with a 15 IN twist on a 7/16 IN hex impact shank. A heat-treated single-twist body with deep throat, single cutter, side lip and self-feeding screw point keeps chips moving through the jam-free flute. Made in Austria; sold individually, 1 per tube.
