The Jonard DFB224 is a patented dual-function wire wrapping and unwrapping bit and sleeve set for 22-24 AWG wire, combining both functions in a single bit/sleeve. The bit is precision-machined for high-quality clockwise wrapping and includes a removal mechanism for counter-clockwise unwrapping. A retractable sleeve with an insulated coating provides 1000 V dielectric strength to prevent pin-to-pin shorting. Operators switch between wrap and unwrap modes by retracting or extending the sleeve and flipping the switch on a Jonard PTX power wire-wrapping tool.
