The Jonard Tools JIC-22035 is a yellow insulating probe pick — the spudger telecom techs keep at the punch-down block for guiding, probing, separating and clearing wire and insulation debris from panels and jacks. One end tapers to a fine point with a shrink-tube-insulated L-shaped wire hook; the other is a notched flat blade for spudging work. The resilient yellow nylon/ABS body insulates, so you can probe electrical contacts without damaging them.
