The Jonard Tools JIC-453 is a 4-1/2 IN semi-flush cut diagonal cutting plier built for precision close-trim work. Made from heat-treated chrome vanadium steel with induction-hardened cutting edges, its oval jaw and close-cut design trim conductors from 710 connector modules without leaving exposed wire and excels at clipping gates and sprue on injection-molded plastic. A spring-loaded mechanism returns the jaws automatically and the cushioned handle delivers comfort and torque in confined spaces.
