The Jonard Tools JIC-950C Quick Clip Insertion Tool is a multipurpose hand tool for cutting and inserting 22 and 24 AWG cross-connect wire into terminal blocks. It cuts wire with the integrated cutter, inserts wire into 3-beam (112 type) and 4-beam (78 type) Quick Clip terminals on Cosmic and Cosmic II distributing frames, and includes a rear hook for jumper and back-tap removal, making it an essential tool for telephone frame and cross-connect work.
