Product details
The Jonard Tools OFI-50 Optical Fiber Identifier is a compact, one-key tool for identifying the direction of transmitted signal in a live fiber and displaying relative core power without disrupting the network. It detects modulated tones at 270 Hz, 1 kHz, and 2 kHz with an audible warning and covers an 800-1700 nm identification range using dual 1 mm InGaAs detectors. The metal-housed unit ships with 0.25 mm, 0.9 mm, 2.0 mm, and 3.0 mm adapters, a sunshade, a 9 V battery, and a carrying pouch.
