The Jonard Tools OTDR-1500 is a professional multi-function OTDR built for FTTx and access network construction, maintenance, and troubleshooting. It tests at 1310/1550 nm with a 32/30 dB dynamic range over a 500 m to 80 km range and delivers 0.5 m event and attenuation dead zones. A large 7 in color LCD touchscreen drives five modules - OTDR, light source, power meter, visual fault locator, and help - with 200 MB internal storage plus MicroSD and onboard Wi-Fi. The rubberized, shock- and drop-proof unit runs on a rechargeable lithium-ion battery and ships with FC/APC and SC/APC adapters, an LC/UPC power-meter adapter, and a calibration certificate.
