The Jonard Tools OTDR-1650 is a professional multi-function OTDR that tests at 1310, 1550 and 1650 nm with a 36/36/36 dB dynamic range. Its 1650 nm out-of-band wavelength, with 1260 to 1580 nm filtering, lets you test live EPON, GPON, BPON and XGSPON fibers without taking them out of service. Five modules cover OTDR, 1310/1550/1650 nm light source, power meter, visual fault locator and help, and a large 7 in color touchscreen shows both 1310 and 1550 nm traces at once with a built-in Event Map. Half-meter event and attenuation dead zones, a 500 m to 100 km range and 256k sampling points make it the top of Jonard's multi-function OTDR line.
