The Milwaukee 48-13-6709 SHOCKWAVE Impact Duty Lineman's Auger Bit (15/16 IN x 18 IN) is purpose-built for electric-utility line crews boring wooden utility poles and crossarms. Its single-spur design scores the edge of the hole for a cleaner finish that lets through-bolts slide in without resistance, while a reinforced anti-friction PTFE coating keeps drilling smooth and makes the bit easier to back out of the pole. The 7/16 IN hex shank locks into quick-connect impact chucks.
