Product details
This ratcheting tie-down secures ladders, cable reels and equipment to service truck racks. One inch of blue polyester webbing runs 12 FT, with a ratchet buckle on one end and a zinc-plated 1/4 IN delta quick link on the other, so it hooks to a rack rail without threading the whole strap through.
