The long member of the Root Brothers bit-holder family, sized for extension rods and long augers that will not fit anything else on the truck. Rigid white PVC, 2 IN nominal diameter and 55 IN overall, with a fixed end cap and a threaded screw cap. It keeps cutting edges from being chipped against other tools in transit, and keeps a four-foot bit from lying loose in a truck bin where someone can catch a hand on it.
