The Tempo Communications 508S-G Wire Finder is a transmitter-and-receiver kit for tracing and locating dead or energized wire and cable underground, in walls, and under floors. It pinpoints conductors to within about one inch and works on cable buried up to three feet deep and up to 1000 FT long, making it ideal for irrigation, telecom, and general low-voltage troubleshooting. Both transmitter and receiver are adjustable to optimize results, and the kit ships in a durable molded carrying case.
