The Westek TC-W1BU is the grounding lead telephone technicians pair with a foreign voltage detector before touching cable pairs, terminals or hardware. The coiled cord stretches to roughly 25 FT of reach and springs back out of the way, with a 20 amp clip on each end for a solid bond. It's the standard FVD ground cord for outside plant work — sold each as a single cord.
