The Wiha 31513 is a 13 mm, 3/8 IN drive insulated socket for metric fasteners on or near energized equipment. Every Wiha insulated tool is individually tested to 10,000 V AC and rated to 1,000 V AC (1,500 V DC), and Wiha insulated tools meet ASTM F1505 standard specifications for insulated and insulating hand tools and CSA testing benchmarks.
Double-covered red-over-yellow insulation with high-visibility coatings is molded directly onto the socket, which is made from Wiha-engineered premium quality tool steel. Sold each.
