The Tru-Cut BH31212 stiff-shank bell hanger bit gives telecom, CATV and electrical installers a straight, controlled bore through studs, sills, plates and headers so drop wire or cable can be fished through. The long twist-drill profile cuts a clean 5/16 IN hole in wood framing, and the 12 IN overall length reaches through doubled plates and headers in one pass. A plain round shank chucks into any standard drill. Sold each.
